About The Position

The Fresh Market is opening a new store in Mt. Pleasant, SC, and is seeking team members who are committed to making everyday eating extraordinary for our guests. The position requires flexibility to work in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End.

Requirements

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and assist guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards.
