  • Greet guests immediately in a warm, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Check back to ensure every guest receives a great meal and service.
  • Grant special requests whenever possible.
  • Reinforce guest choices in a positive manner.
  • Solve problems, regardless of who creates them.
  • Say goodbye to every guest in a genuine manner and invite them to return.
  • Know menus and daily specials inside and out.
  • Be familiar with golf events and events scheduled at the facilities.
  • Maintain grooming, uniform standards, and appearance appropriate to the concept and restaurant standards.
  • Keep menus, specials, and point of sale materials current and in perfect condition.
  • Maintain the restaurant in like-new condition.
  • Perform ongoing side work to keep the restaurant fresh and ready.
  • Collaborate with team members to eliminate barriers between back of house and front of house.
  • Share knowledge freely to strengthen the team.
  • Assist with jobs outside of own responsibilities when time permits.
  • Never leave stations empty-handed.
  • Clean as you go.
  • Prioritize hot food.
  • Seat guests whenever possible.
  • Candidate must be 21 years plus.
  • 1+ years of cooking experience.
  • Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition.
  • Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
  • Understanding of functions of Point of Sale (POS) and phone system.
  • Demonstrates proper cash handling and turn-in standards.
  • Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards.
  • Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests.
  • Understands dining room flow mechanics.
  • Understands reservations procedures.
  • Understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to take direction.
  • Background screening.
  • $17.66 - $18 an hour plus tips.
