About The Position

Brew Bird is a funky little tow-truck shop turned into a funky fried chicken joint. We are all about awesome food (with a special focus on gluten-free food and other dietary needs), awesome drinks & amazing guest service to match! We are a counter service restaurant with a full service experience - we are happy to meet our guests' needs in any way and we strive to go above and beyond! Here’s what you’ll do: Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to take care of them Help answer allergen questions, especially those pertaining to gluten/dairy Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs Keep it clean during your shift—your language and the restaurant! Make it a place where you would like to eat. Communicate regularly with your guests & tables and anticipate their needs Keep the good times rolling by clearing tables, and going above and beyond guest expectations Be available to fill in as needed and as able to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant Why us?
