• 2 years of work experience providing customer service in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• 2 years of experience using POS (point-of-sale) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and understand their needs to ensure fast and accurate transactions at the Point of Sale.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued.
• Learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables, ensuring correct and speedy delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest-facing areas of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and the Hospitality Team to resolve problems and provide efficient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
