About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Legible handwriting and proficiency in operating cash registers and other equipment.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process payments, deposits, and down payments, ensuring every transaction is smooth and efficient.
  • Skillfully manage cash transactions, prepare customer receipts, and keep detailed records that keep our operations running seamlessly.
  • Prepare nightly deposits and balance the cash drawer.
  • Greet customers, guests, and visitors with a friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to service.
  • Answer phones and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Identify and address customer needs for exceptional service.
  • Keep our refreshment area tidy and well-stocked.
  • File documents timely and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Take on additional duties as needed, contributing to team success.
