About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepares letters, reports, records, and forms from rough drafts and corrected copies
• Filing important documents
• Screens and distributes incoming correspondence; transmits information; arranges appointments
• Answers telephone and greets customers giving information in response to inquiries; delivers oral and written messages to proper correspondents
• Enters parking data into a computerized system
• Monitors supplies and initiates requisitions to replenish
• Sells parking permits and takes payments for outstanding citations
