About The Position
The Cashier Lead Supervisor at Aldo Shoes is a pivotal role that combines leadership, customer service, and operational excellence. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about retail and have a keen understanding of the fashion landscape. As a Cashier Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support in training team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate feedback from team members to store leaders, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development. In this role, you will efficiently operate the POS system to process transactions, maximizing store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a "customer-obsessed" omni-channel experience. Adherence to loss prevention policies is crucial, as you will be responsible for managing credit card transactions, discounts, and return and exchange procedures. You will also offer exceptional after-sale service, ensuring that customer exchanges and returns are handled smoothly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include capturing customer information accurately and ensuring that the store maintains brand alignment through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing displays. You will ensure that all team members comply with company policies and procedures, contributing to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment, reflective of the company's People-First philosophy. Additionally, you will perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team, such as stocking and replenishment of merchandise and back store operations.
