About The Position

We’re opening our first Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery and we’re building a front-of-house team that brings the energy. As a Cashier (we call them Joy Creators for a reason), you’re the first and last impression customers have when they walk in. You’re helping people pick cakes for birthdays, celebrations, thank-you gifts, or just because it’s been a long day and cake helps.
If you’re friendly, like talking to people, and enjoy being part of a positive, fast-moving environment, this is a great role to grow into.

Requirements

• You can keep your cool when it gets busy

• You care about doing things right and taking care of customers
• No experience required, just a good attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with good energy and help them choose cakes and treats
• Take orders, handle payments, and keep the front counter running smoothly
• Package cakes and orders with care
• Keep the front area clean, organized, and inviting
• Help teammates during busy rushes
• Make people’s days a little better with great service
