We’re opening our first Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery and we’re building a crew that wants to be part of something fun, fast-moving, and positive. This isn’t your typical back-of-house grind. You’ll be baking fresh cakes every day, learning a real skill, and working in a clean, upbeat environment where people actually like coming to work.
If you like working with your hands, take pride in doing things the right way, and want a schedule that works with your life, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

• You’re reliable and show up when you say you will
• You’re detail-oriented and care about doing things right
• You can move with a little urgency when it gets busy
• You’re open to learning and taking feedback
• You don’t need bakery experience, we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Bake fresh Bundt cakes daily following Nothing Bundt Cakes recipes and standards
• Prep batters, frost cakes, and help keep quality consistent
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Work as part of a tight-knit team that helps each other out
• Show up on time, ready to work, and bring good energy to the kitchen
