About The Position
Altitude Schaumburg is looking for positive and energetic team players to help us grow our new park! We are hiring Cashiers, Court Monitors and Party Hosts for our new park down the street from Woodfield Mall. At Altitude Schaumburg, we believe in providing the best customer service while maintaining high levels of safety and fun for all of our guests in this family-friendly facility! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are team players and thrive in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere. Front Desk: As a member of Altitude's front desk team you will be responsible for creating a friendly, professional welcome to our customers. The front desk team members must create a positive upbeat welcome upon guest entrance and check-in.
Requirements
- Experience operating a POS and cash handling
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Available weekends and evening shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during guest check-in
- Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality team work environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized front desk
- Create a positive upbeat welcome upon guest entrance and check-in
