Key Responsibilities: Cashier Duties: Deliver outstanding customer service in cashier, server, or host roles. Lead by example and support a positive team culture. Represent Harrah’s professionally at all times. Perform additional duties as needed. Supervisory Duties: Oversee outlet operations to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with planning daily and special events. Complete financial reports and tracking tools. Foster teamwork, morale, and open communication. Monitor labor usage to maintain service standards. Ensure equipment is safe and operational; report issues promptly. Communicate service or operational concerns to the Food Operations Manager. Support team performance and enforce appearance standards. Recommend menu improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Conduct safety and cleanliness inspections. Follow all company, department, and regulatory policies. Perform other assigned tasks.
