Cashier/Customer Service
About The Position
GritR Sports is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our North Richland Hills office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by completing the check out process for our Retail store, as well as working through online inquiries and processes. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. Experience/interest with Firearms and outdoor sports is a plus! GritR Sports is a Outdoor and sporting goods retailer dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and experience to every client. Requirements
- Previous experience in supporting client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience/interest with Firearms and outdoor sports is a plus!
Responsibilities
- First and last customer interaction - Greet customers as they arrive, process payments as they leave.
- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
- Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
