Villa Restaurant Group is looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join our Shake Shack location at Newark Liberty International Airport – Terminal A. Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass airport security background check
- Must have valid photo ID and work authorization
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
- Take guest orders and operate the POS system accurately
- Prepare food and beverages following Shake Shack and Villa Restaurant Group standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors during busy airport operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
