About The Position

The Cashier and Stocker position at our convenience store in Diamond Bar, CA, is a part-time role that may transition into full-time. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in gas station operations (1 year preferred).
• Cash handling experience (1 year preferred).

• Language skills in Mandarin or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to the store and assisting them as needed.
• Monitoring customer activities to prevent incidents of shoplifting.
• Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries.
• Restocking depleted or low store items and ensuring the sales floor is organized.
• Informing customers of store promotions to encourage purchases.
• Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
• Performing shift cleaning duties, including wiping down windows and mopping the store floor.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints professionally.
• Processing customer payments using the store's Point of Sale (POS) system.
