Provide support to office, cash office, concessions and catering, as well as to the Office Manager and Sr. Vice President of Impact Catering. Verify and count banks for cashiers. Detect and resolve discrepancies promptly. Verify and balance cash vault daily. Take count changes. Process deposits for pickup. Make trips to cashier locations on property as needed. Keep supervisor informed of area activities and of any problems or concerns. Maintain open, direct, positive and objective lines of communication with management. Adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all proprietary business, financial and employee matters. Ensure work areas are clean, secure, and well maintained. Assist in other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned.
