Under the supervision of the Cash senior officer, the Cash officer supports the implementation of cash assistance activities in line with IRC’s procedures. The cash officer will support data collection and validation, prepare payment lists and transfer documentation, and coordinate with finance to ensure timely and accurate disbursements. The cash officer assists in day-to-day operations, including communicating with clients on payment processes, responding to inquiries, supporting distribution follow-up, and maintaining proper documentation. This position also contributes to coordination with the MEAL team by sharing relevant data and ensures compliance with data protection standards. The overall objective is to support the efficient, accurate, and accountable delivery of cash assistance.
