About The Position

The Cash Management Relationship and Solutions Officer is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of comprehensive cash management services to commercial clients. This role collaborates closely with commercial loan officers and internal partners to enhance client relationships, drive deposit growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additional key responsibilities include overseeing the cash management team and account opening processes and daily operational activities, managing the implementation and support of Business Online and Cash Management services, and ensuring high levels of client service satisfaction. The Officer plays a critical role in deepening relationships with new and existing customers through consultative engagement and tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in cash management, treasury services, or commercial banking.
  • Strong understanding of cash management products, commercial deposit services, and online banking platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consultative, client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking technology systems.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Cash Management team and manage daily operational activities, including account opening processes, service implementation, and ongoing client support.
  • Provide leadership in Business Online and Cash Management services, including technical support, onboarding, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as backup to the VP, Cash Management and Business Development Officer.
  • Manage deposit product strategies, including money market and CD rate options, to support client needs and contribute to overall deposit growth.
  • Deepen relationships with new and existing customers through consultative engagement, identifying opportunities to expand services and improve cash management efficiency.
  • Oversee annual customer reviews and onsite inspections to ensure adherence to all agreements, procedures, and policies.
  • Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert for the Business Online platform and technologies.
  • Support Retail, Cash Management, and Business Development Teams in the implementation and continued servicing of Cash Management customers, including product demos, agreement processing, referrals, and initial setup and training.
  • Provide referrals to other areas of the Bank or partners based on customer or prospective customer needs.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, operational oversight, and commitment to delivering efficient, secure, and client-focused cash management solutions.
