About The Position

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a full-time Cash Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily cash flow operations to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; or relevant work experience
5+ years of experience in managing liquidity and investment strategies
Experience with ERP systems (SAGE, SAP, Oracle, Concur, etc.)
Strong understanding of treasury management systems and banking platforms
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in a multi-company, high-volume finance department preferred
Professional certification (CFA or CTP) preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cash flow operations and ensure liquidity management
Develop and implement cash management strategies and policies
Monitor and forecast cash position to optimize financial resources
Coordinate with financial institutions for banking services and relationships
Prepare and analyze cash flow reports and financial statements
Reconcile bank accounts and statements on a recurring basis
Investigate discrepancies in bank reconciliations or journal entries and resolve promptly.
Management and mitigation of financial risks related to cash management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Report cash position regularly to executive leadership
Performs other duties as assigned.
