About The Position

This position is regarding Cash Management and Customer Service functions. It requires extensive product knowledge to support frequent customer contact in the development of new business through the servicing of requests, calling on existing customers, identification and calling on potential customers, and representing the Bank in community activities. A key requirement is an understanding of the technical aspect of services offered in both Cash Management and Branch CSR functions. This individual will work closely with the Regional Cash Management Specialist, the Market President, the VP of Cash Management, and all support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Participate, coordinate, and work with the Regional Cash Management Officer and eBiz support department on all facets of eBiz; customer set up, ongoing day to day and quarterly maintenance, and general eBiz customer care.
  • Create eBiz set up and maintenance forms accurately, timely and with appropriate authorization by customers.
  • Maintain detailed and in-depth working knowledge of eBiz and related products and services to help as necessary for customers/ resolution of customers issues.
  • Participate in the development, testing, and roll out/delivery to new eBiz customers with involvement in related banking products/services development.
  • Reviewing, monitoring, and updating risk protocols required in Cash Management.
  • Handle different monthly reports for Cash Management. Including the New Accounts, Closed Accounts, Inactive Bill Pay, and Inactive Users reports.
  • Handle the time sensitive Positive Pay exception, ACH/Wire Limits, and ACH/Wire Transfer emails.
  • Perform maintenance paperwork for eBiz clients and assist with daily limit increases. Will also assist with basic user lockout troubleshooting and other online issues.
  • Assist Market staff with new or existing customer questions or issues.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of deposits, loan and on-deposit services offered by Stockman Bank by studying product information, bulletins, regulations, and updates.
  • Attend periodic training sessions and stay abreast of new procedures, marketing techniques, rules, and regulations.
  • Speak on multiple financial products and services to new and existing customers by assessing customer needs and determining which financial services can best satisfy those needs.
  • Refer potential clients to Stockman Wealth Management or Stockman Insurance, or Merchant Service processor.
  • Resolve customer account problem(s).
  • Correct, clarify, or settle differences or discrepancies in accounts detected internally or brought to the Bank’s attention by customers.
  • Observe and enforce all Bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.
  • Discuss and promote fraud and risk mitigation products and services.
  • Effectively handle customer questions and problems.
  • Spot sales opportunities and refer business consistently.
  • Cross-sell other Bank services whenever the opportunity arises.
  • Keep up to date on pricing and products.
  • Relay customer comments and/or complaints to the Supervisor or Branch Manager.
