About The Position

The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Cash Management Department. Provides WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services. Assist with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development. Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services; performs customer setups; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority. Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury Services, or Online Banking operations within a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management products and systems, including ACH, wires, remote deposit, positive pay, online banking platforms, and treasury onboarding processes.
  • Experience training customers or internal staff, preferably using WebEx or similar platforms, with the ability to explain technical features clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades, new product implementations, or platform enhancements.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues, including customer setups, permissions, file transmissions, and product usage monitoring.

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall)
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise platforms
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, changing environment
  • Strong presentation skills; comfortable communicating with leadership
  • Background in your specific sector (finance, tech, entertainment, etc.) preferred but not required
