About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic Cash Management Operations Manager to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of our commercial cash management products — including ACH origination, wires, positive pay, RDC, sweeps, account analysis, and more. This role blends operational excellence, risk management, and leadership to deliver exceptional service to our clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (7-10+ years in cash management or treasury operations).
• Strong understanding of ACH, wire, RDC, account analysis, and online banking systems.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy, service, and compliance.
• Core account processing platform experience

Nice To Haves

• CTP - Certified Trust Professional is a plus - not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for all cash management products and services.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Digital Banking, and Sales to ensure efficient, compliant product delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team focused on accuracy, service, and risk mitigation.
• Streamline processes and reporting to enhance client experience and profitability.
• Stay current with banking regulations and best practices in treasury and cash management.
