Supports the Treasury department by assisting with daily departmental operations and record keeping. This is a part-time position working no more than 29 hours per week. Requirements

  • Ability to accurately solve problems and proficiency in data management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
  • Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Sophomore or Junior Candidate for a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Mail Assignment
  • Performs daily bank account reconciliations to ensure that bank activity is authorized.
  • Maintains cash databases by entering and verifying data.
  • Reviews owner ACH request in PaymentWorks.
  • Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
  • Supports company vision and mission.
  • Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
