We are adding to several departments in accounting with our anticipated growth. Are you ready to take on a new challenge? We are hiring a challenge-seeking an Accountant to join our Treasury accounting team, who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in discovering the right solutions. Where You Will Work Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center . Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support operations.

Requirements

Experience conducting variance analysis.
Experience conducting actual to budget/forecast analysis.
Experience with monthly, quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
Experience recording monthly journal entries, accruals, reclasses, etc.
Experience with debt reconciliation.
1-2+ two years of relevant experience.
Superb attention to detail.
Nimble problem solver who enjoys complex challenges.
Demonstrates quality customer service, teamwork, and cultural fit.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
Proficient financial system skills with an emphasis on Excel, SmartView Workday Financials experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly balance sheet reconciliations for cash accounts.
Prepare and enter journal entries related to cash and ancillary income for month-end close process.
Ensuring accuracy of corporate financial records and reports for assigned duties.
Provide related variance analysis monthly, quarterly and annually.
Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
Preparing, reviewing, and distributing financial reports.
Preparing roll-forwards and financial analysis.

Expected pay range of $65,000 - $80,000 base salary plus annual target bonus.
