The Caseworker Coach I evening shift is an essential member of Rachel’s Night Shelter Team and is responsible for ensuring participants are served in clean, safe environments. Supports residents in meeting realistic attainable goals that lead to obtaining safe, stable housing. Develops a strong working knowledge of community resources and establishes collaborative working relationships with colleagues within and outside of Catholic Charities. Motivating, supporting, and guiding the people we serve is a shared responsibility for every member of the team. The business and social environment we operate in has changed.
