This role is responsible for accurately picking merchandise cases and preparing them for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 0–2 years of warehouse or case picking experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Pick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
  • Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
  • Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
  • Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
  • Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
