Now Hiring! Join our Team! Blueprints is seeking a Mentor that assists and supports visit sessions. Provides visit coaching to assist families to reach their visitation goals. Essential Functions Regular and reliable attendance is essential. Understand and maintain compliance with contractual agreements and agency contracts with Children and Youth Services, to include completing all paperwork associated with the position and meeting deadlines as outlined within such contracts. Maintain awareness of and abide by agency organizational structure, goals, mission, policies, and procedures and all local, state and federal regulations and requirements. Represent same throughout the community. Transport participants in agency vehicle, or own vehicle, to and from school, home, offices and activities. Conduct assigned visitation sessions while maintaining safety of all youth in attendance. Responsible for the visitation center in assisting, conducting, and overseeing visitations. Arrange, organize and provide transportation and supervised visitation services for all assigned visits. Work with County Children and Youth Services and other community partners in structuring and facilitating visitation sessions and transportation arrangements. Provide visit coaching to assist participants to reach their visitation goals. Oversee host duties and schedule host hours. Complete visit reports for each visit supervised by due dates. Maintain accurate and current case records for all participants on caseload as per applicable local, state, and federal regulations and/or contractual requirements. Complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Ability to interact positively with partnering agencies while maintaining a strength-based approach with youth and families. Complete court summaries as requested.
