About The Position
The Case Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive, individualized client services during their residency and in preparation for continuing care and sober housing after discharge. This role involves delivering psychoeducational and motivational enhancement instruction in both group and individual settings, as well as performing administrative duties to support the program.
