As a Case Manager in a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery from substance abuse. The Case Manager provides group therapy and related documentation services, along with additional ancillary services. The Case Manager is a highly qualified individual with experience regarding the nature of alcoholism and drug addiction. The Case Manager will need to be familiar with 12-Step Recovery programs and have knowledge of documenting group notes in an EMR system. Must have the ability to work as a team member and work collaboratively with the Primary Counselor and Clinical Director in providing quality treatment services and client care.
