About The Position
Avery's House is seeking a motivated and organized Case Manager to provide quality, evidence-based treatment for adolescents dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. The Case Manager will work under the guidance of the Clinical Lead, ensuring effective communication with the treatment team and maintaining a safe environment for clients. This role involves direct client care, assessment, treatment planning, and documentation of client progress.
