About The Position

Tammuz Family North America is seeking a Case Manager to assist individuals in their journey to parenthood through IVF-based surrogacy. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the surrogacy process, including scheduling sperm donations, finding egg donors, creating embryos, and matching intended parents with gestational carriers. The Case Manager will also participate in marketing initiatives and must be empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented, as they will be the primary point of contact for intended parents. The position is primarily based in Chapel Hill, NC, with a flexible work schedule and the potential for international travel.

Requirements

• Experience in case management or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in business and logistics, particularly in the fertility and family-formation arena.

Nice To Haves

• Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish.
• Personal experience as an intended parent, egg donor, or gestational carrier.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents in their surrogacy journey by coordinating logistics related to sperm donation, egg donation, and embryo creation.
• Match intended parents with gestational carriers (surrogates).
• Manage day-to-day progress and communication with North America-based intended parents.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including webinars and conferences for prospective and in-progress intended parents.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the surrogacy process.
