About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity as a Support Broker. In this role, you will provide support to empower adults with physical disabilities to act as employers of their own personal care attendants.

Requirements

• Associate's degree minimum
• 3+ years experience in case management and community-based work preferred
• Knowledge of payroll, human resource, or fiscal management preferred
• Reliable car required for field work
• Delaware residency required
• Home-visits required
• Possible travel may include 3-6 hours in a work day

Responsibilities

• Process documents to establish participants as an employer of personal care attendants
• Provide participants with HR-type support to help them manage their personal attendants
• Train the participant in compliance & guidelines
• Assist participants in recruiting and screening personal care attendant applicants
