About The Position
The Good Job, Happy Family (GJHF) Case Manager at CWS provides comprehensive case management services to refugees and other ORR-eligible populations during their initial three years in the United States. This role focuses on supporting families in achieving their goals related to stabilization and integration into the community, including employment, education, financial literacy, and wellness. The position requires hands-on involvement, effective communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities while utilizing reliable transportation for client visits and appointments.
