About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Case Manager at Redmond Treatment Center! Hours of operation: 5:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays. $20.00hr- $24.00hr Depending on experience Must be willing work at both Redmond/ Bend as needed! You will be assessing treatment plans, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress Facilitate interdisciplinary approaches and coordinating care with primary counselor. Collaborate with healthcare sectors and community services to assist clients to reach their goals. Prepare all necessary documentation such as logging events and preparing progress notes, entering billing records in a timely manner. You will be assisting opioid addicted clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals. Helping the clients prepare and adjust to a drug free existence, and to offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues.

Requirements

• Must have sufficient knowledge of the substance abuse population, treatment planning and the field of human social services.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate basic computer/ word processing skills.
• Current driver's license.
• Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
