We are currently looking to expand our team with a passionate Case Manager who shares our core values, embraces innovation, and is committed to leveraging advanced tools - including agentic AI - to better advocate for and assist the injured. This is not a traditional case manager role. Agentic AI tools are a required, core part of how we work – not optional and not an afterthought. The right candidate is someone who has already embraced this kind of technology, or is genuinely eager to, and can help us direct and improve our AI workflows alongside managing a strong caseload. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a high volume of personal injury cases while ensuring exceptional quality of work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adept at multitasking, and actively utilize agentic AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow. Comfort with technology and a willingness to adopt AI-driven processes is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury case manager or attorney.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or legal tech - this will be discussed in the interview.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of case activity while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard software such as Word, Excel, Email, and general computer knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

  • AI Utilization (Required): Consistently use and adapt to agentic AI tools to improve productivity, reduce manual workload, and enhance decision-making. Identify opportunities to further integrate AI into daily processes and help direct our agentic systems.
  • Case Management: Oversee personal injury cases from intake through resolution, ensuring all aspects of each case are handled efficiently and effectively, including leveraging agentic AI systems to streamline workflows and improve case tracking.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and support, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the case process.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files, including medical records and legal documents, utilizing AI-assisted tools to enhance accuracy, organization, and speed.
  • Medical Coordination: Work with medical professionals to obtain records, schedule appointments, and understand the impact of injuries on clients’ lives. Manage medical treatment and billing processes efficiently with the support of AI-driven systems.
  • Legal and Administrative Duties: Coordinate with attorneys on case strategies, prepare legal documents, and assist in depositions. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and court coordination, with a strong emphasis on automation and AI integration.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment and supporting the team’s overall goals.
