This is not a traditional case manager role. Agentic AI tools are a required, core part of how we work – not optional and not an afterthought. The right candidate is someone who has already embraced this kind of technology, or is genuinely eager to, and can help us direct and improve our AI workflows alongside managing a strong caseload. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a high volume of personal injury cases while ensuring exceptional quality of work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adept at multitasking, and actively utilize agentic AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow. Comfort with technology and a willingness to adopt AI-driven processes is essential for success in this role.
