Reporting to the Senior Associate Director for Student Accountability & Conflict Response, the Case Manager assists with case management of alleged student and student organization misconduct, conduct review matters, and adaptable resolutions. The Case Manager will conduct initial assessments of reported concerns to determine possible resolution pathways, meet with involved parties to discuss allegations and the conduct and/or conflict response processes, and manage resolutions. The Case Manager will also assist with post-separation meetings, pre- and re-enrollment conduct reviews, and delivery of educational and reflective outcomes and engagement opportunities. This full-time position is located at the University Park campus. This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work.
