About The Position

The Case Manager is a dedicated advocate for each client, ensuring they receive the full range of services and resources they need to thrive, as outlined in their personalized treatment or service plan. With a caring, hands-on approach, the Case Manager coordinates these services with efficiency, while always prioritizing the client’s well-being and long-term success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related degree
Able to obtain a class E driver's license and meet KVC Missouri’s requirement for driver’s insurance
Experience in social services, residential treatment, education, or another related field
Previous experience working with children/families in a trauma informed environment
Strong customer service focus, excellent time management, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and email applications.
Must be 21 years old to apply.
Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
