The Texas Civil Commitment Office (TCCO) is a small state agency with a critical public safety mission — to provide intensive supervision and treatment to civilly committed sexually violent predators. Texas Civil Commitment Office (TCCO) Case Manager Provides supervision and case management services to sexually violent predators that have been Civilly Committed to a sex offender treatment program under the Health and Safety Code, Chapter 841. Conducts monitoring and surveillance on clients through global positioning satellite tracking and/or electronic monitoring. Coordinates services for clients that have been civilly committed and enforces all conditions and terms of the civil commitment. Provides comprehensive coordination and dissemination of information concerning the functions of the program to public entities. Coordinates with multiple agencies regarding the treatment and supervision of clients. Continuously researches and develops resources to meet the client needs. Work is performed with limited supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May be housed in a facility. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
