About The Position

CPSFL is seeking a dynamic Oasis Case Manager
for a full time position. This role will provide independent living opportunities and support services to severely and persistently mentally ill adults. The primary goal is to develop and adopt approaches to supportive housing that take into account cultural, psychosocial, and economic differences. This position will be required to work in person at the Oasis Facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
• Two years of experience working directly or indirectly with mentally ill individuals.

Responsibilities

• Counseling experience and knowledge required.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and to build/maintain community relations.
• Clients may exhibit acting-out behavior and / or poor social skills; therefore, the coordinator must possess excellent verbal escalation techniques.
