The Case Manager plays a crucial role in providing compassionate support and guidance through the reunification or repatriation process to children in care. This position involves assessing the unique needs and circumstances of each child, coordinating and guiding sponsors and children through the reunification or repatriation process, finding resources in their community to meet their needs as they prepare for release, and advocating for their rights and well-being. The Case Manager works closely with the child, parents, sponsor(s), legal representatives, and government agencies to ensure an expedited but safe reunification or repatriation.
