About The Position

A fast‑growing tax relief company is seeking a Case Manager to support clients through the tax resolution process and oversee a small team of case workers. With sales volume rapidly increasing, we’re expanding our operations to meet demand and continue delivering top‑tier service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 3+ years of experience in case management or tax resolution (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
  • CRM experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations and gather all necessary financial documentation
  • Assess eligibility for tax relief programs and explain available options
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing updates, guidance, and reassurance throughout the process
  • Work closely with internal tax and legal teams to develop effective resolution strategies
  • Prepare and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies
  • Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of case workers
  • Support workflow, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high-quality standards
  • Track progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow‑up on all cases
