Our residential programs are ready to hire a Bilingual Case Manager to join the team in our Emergency Shelters. We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals that are committed to building a culture of kindness for the children receiving services. In this role you will spend most of your time completing intakes, assessments, and creation of service plans and the overall coordination and delivery of case management services to an assigned caseload. As a case manager you will complete all required case-related documentation, maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and progress related to the child’s case. The primary goal is to ensure the safety, well-being and successful reunification of unaccompanied children with their sponsors or family members.
