About The Position

Our mission is to provide children and youth in Arizona a safe environment, free from abuse and neglect by creating strong and successful families. Our residential programs are ready to hire a Bilingual Case Manager to join the team in our Emergency Shelters. We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals that are committed to building a culture of kindness for the children receiving services. In this role you will spend most of your time completing intakes, assessments, and creation of service plans and the overall coordination and delivery of case management services to an assigned caseload. As a case manager you will complete all required case-related documentation, maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and progress related to the child’s case. The primary goal is to ensure the safety, well-being and successful reunification of unaccompanied children with their sponsors or family members.

Requirements

  • Spanish/English bilingual capabilities
  • The ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule (Sunday – Thursday) (Tuesday – Saturday)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields and be at least 21 years of age
  • One year of experience in case management
  • Multi-tasking skills that will support proper documentation and note taking in a fast paced environment
  • A clean five-year motor vehicle history and a valid Arizona Driver’s license.
  • A level one fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one prior to starting

  • Prior experience working with diverse youth populations that will prepare you to model the Agency’s expectation of sensitivity and competency relating to diversity and cultural awareness
  • CPI Certification, CPR & First Aid, Mental Health First Aid
