About The Position

youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Manager at Walton Academy for
Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, FL ✨

 Located near the white sand beaches of Northwest Florida in DeFuniak Springs - At Walton Academy, we provide residential treatment to improving the lives of Youth through mental health and substance abuse services. We offer skills and opportunities to our youth from Carpentry/Home Builders Institute, Sports to Culinary Arts.

 Day in the Life: The Case Manager is a member of the site team implementing the Rite of Passage program. The case manager is responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. The case manager reports to the Director of Student Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Prior case management experience required including three years’ experience with juveniles
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities
