Mountain Home is seeking an Adult Case Manager (CM) to enhance the outcomes, experiences, and overall value for the families we serve. The CM will provide comprehensive case management services to young mothers, adolescents, and children, connecting them to essential medical, social, educational, vocational, and recreational services. Additionally, the CM will serve as an advocate, supporting families in building their independence and increasing their self-sufficiency within the community. This role is pivotal in ensuring that families receive the resources and support necessary to thrive. The ideal candidate has a passion and talent for helping others, communicating clearly and compassionately, and has the ability to connect and empathize with individuals, including diverse and marginalized populations. They are detail-oriented, efficient, and highly organized. They remain calm in high-stress situations and are able to work without direct supervision. They are trustworthy, dependable, relatable, and friendly. The ideal candidate is familiar with social services in the Missoula community, has knowledge of mental illness and treatment, has two or more years of experience providing case management or similar services, and has a bachelor’s degree in social work or human services or a related field.
