Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking to hire a Case Manager on its Minot, ND, campus. The Ranch is unlike any place you have worked! Requirements

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work
OR graduating this semester with a Social Work degree
OR have a degree in a social service field (ie psychology, sociology, etc) and ability to obtain a wraparound certification
Be at least 21 years old.
Pass a thorough background check, including criminal, abuse, and motor vehicle.
Have a current driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

Actively engaging with youth, families, the Ranch treatment team, and external resources to create and manage a single plan of care for each child.
Monitoring the treatment plan to ensure the child's goals are being met.
Working with a multidisciplinary team to assess the youth's needs and coordinate services.
Providing continuous youth, family, and custodian contact.
Serving as an advocate for youth.
Empowering families by teaching them how to communicate with each other, create daily schedules, and manage behaviors and medications.
