Essential Functions: This position provides support in the following areas: Effectively communicate with families regarding childcare assistance and all CFRS programs. Utilizes effective communication and active listening techniques, selecting communications methods that best meet the needs of the families. Adheres strictly to confidentiality policies and procedures Utilizes the assessment process to identify the needs of families and provides appropriate resources and referrals. Supports families during initial program eligibility, annual eligibility redetermination and through the case Establishes, maintains, and updates participant files in accordance with the program requirements. Supports and maintains all required contracts Provides timely updates to manual encumbrances Completes all required monthly program reports accurately and on time Compiles and provides statistical and program data as requested Systematically documents services to ensure compliance with accountability and reporting requirements Informs and supports parents and childcare providers regarding childcare services, policies and procedures. Complies with the Agency's Personnel Policies and Procedures. Perform other related duties assigned by the CFRS Executive Director and other Norwescap administrative and management staff.
