About The Position

Batta Fulkerson Law Group is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager to join our San Diego office. As a Case Manager, you'll be a key point of contact for clients throughout their case, helping move files forward efficiently and compassionately from intake through resolution. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day progression of personal injury cases. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently and accurately. Your work will directly impact client experience and case outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous personal injury experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with strong transferable skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution
  • Maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps
  • Requesting and tracking medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinating with attorneys, staff, and outside providers
  • Updating and maintaining accurate case notes and tasks within the case management system
  • Assisting with demands, settlement preparation, and case organization
