About The Position

If you're passionate about supporting individuals in their recovery journey, we want you on our team. ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to join our team at Beacon Recovery House, a 20-bed substance addiction recovery program in Greenfield. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a structured, supportive sober living environment where residents are empowered to build fulfilling, independent lives. What You'll Do: As a Case Manager, you'll work closely with residents to provide individualized support and guidance as they navigate their recovery. You will: Foster a safe, drug-free, and recovery-oriented environment. Support residents in setting and achieving recovery goals. Coordinate care and connect residents with social, medical, vocational, and community resources. Document services and track participant progress through timely, objective case notes. Assist with intake screenings and collaborate with referral sources. Provide hands-on support for appointments, benefits coordination, and goal planning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college in human services or a related field preferred.
  • LADC or CADAC certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience in substance addiction recovery services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Familiarity with community-based resources and social services.
  • Calm, steady presence with a solution-oriented mindset.
