About The Position

At Spectrum Child & Family Services’ Valor Place, we’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to be a guiding light for young people navigating life’s challenges. As a vital member of our Case Management team, you’ll do more than just manage cases—you’ll be a mentor, advocate, and champion for youth. You’ll help ensure every child is placed in a safe, supportive environment, receives the educational services they deserve, and has a voice that’s heard and respected. Your work will directly shape brighter futures. At Spectrum, we don’t just treat symptoms—we see the whole person. Our trauma-informed, holistic model ensures that every youth’s mental, emotional, and physical needs are met with compassion and care. We tailor our approach to each individual, using a multi-modal strategy that fosters healing, growth, and resilience.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• At least 2 years of experience in evaluation, assessment, CBT, trauma-informed care, or similar therapeutic practices.
• A heart for service and a commitment to youth empowerment.
• Ability to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Support youth through placement and transitions with care and empathy.
• Advocate for individualized educational services tailored to each child’s needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in alignment with service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with youth and the dedicated team at Valor Place to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care.
