About The Position

If so, U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Case Manager to join our team! As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing complex litigation cases, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely deliverables. You’ll work closely with internal teams, trial technicians, videographers, graphic designers and external vendors to provide exceptional support for our clients. 📍 🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, with flexibility for urgent client needs. Provide coordination for litigation support projects, managing case logistics from intake through trial. This role involves working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services such as trial presentation support, exhibit management, graphics, video depositions, and technology solutions. The Case Manager will oversee deliverable timelines, budgets, and troubleshoot challenges, while maintaining clear communication with clients and account managers to ensure expectations are exceeded. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines are essential, as is familiarity with litigation processes and trial preparation.
