Adult Case Manager for Behavioral Health Unit Quality Moments is looking for a reliable and empathetic individual to provide facility-based services and support to adults experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges. Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the field
- Desire to improve quality of life for adults with behavioral health challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment.
- High level of commitment, dependability, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.
- Computer skills are required for documentation and system use.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in behavioral health, or crisis settings preferred.
